We want you to love your Motel items; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and have not been worn or washed.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
